Assessment services

Comprehensive Concussion Evaluation

2 hour assessment with occupational therapist and physiotherapist to review what symptoms and issues are present and provide initial education and recommendations for treatment.  Assessment includes:

  • Interview to review injury history, medical issues, symptoms and function
  • Physical examination - including neurological screening and neck assessment
  • Cognitive screening
  • Oculmotor (eye movement) and vision screening
  • Balance and gait testing
  • Vestibular screening
  • Exertion (exercise) testing

If you're not sure about doing 2 full hours of assessment, we can split things over several days.  We're flexible, just give us a call.

Home Visits

Online Visits

If getting into the clinic or setting up home visits isn't possible, Tall Tree also offers video consultation services.  If you live outside of the Victoria area and need help after concussion, our online visits are a great option.  Contact us for more information.
